At a quarry in the Muldersdrift area of Gauteng, Renico Plant Hire’s crushers and screens are being used to produce G5 aggregates that are used in the sub base layer of our roads and highways.
Their primary crushing application uses a J-1175 Jaw Crusher set at a CSS of -65mm.
The reduced material is then screened out with an 883 Scalper fitted with 55 mm square mesh on the bottom deck, and any over-sized material is fed back to be blended in with the blasted material for re-crushing.
